Bentley Curtis is the CEO and Founder of Bentley Curtis Inc.,

a global consulting firm specializing in image and beauty

consulting, personal branding, executive coaching, and

360° wellness. Bentley’s work empowers individuals to live with

intention, cultivate personal excellence, and ultimately

become the most elevated version of themselves. Her

signature Five Pillars of Balance—mental, emotional, spiritual,

physical, and occupational—serve as the foundation for each

client experience. Utilizing a curated methodology that

synthesizes personal branding, self-introspection, style,

grooming, and professional organization techniques, she aims

to inspire transformative growth, promote holistic wellness,

and achieve sustainable success.

With over two decades of experience in the fashion industry,

Bentley brings a multifaceted background in celebrity and

personal styling, fashion PR, editorial writing, and international

event coverage. Her career highlights include working with the

Associated Press Entertainment in London, reporting on London

Collections Men for brands such as Burberry and Alexander McQueen, and conducting red carpet interviews for international film premieres. She has been a contributing writer for Angeleno magazine and has held various editorial roles with Modern Luxury titles, including Brides California and Interiors California, where she collaborated on brand activations, event coverage, and digital campaigns. Her work also includes freelance reporting for the Daily Mail U.K. and hosting live events, panels, podcasts, and galas.

Furthermore, Bentley is a licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist, holding advanced certifications in personal styling, beauty essentials, and social media marketing from respected institutions such as the School of Style, Make-Up Designory, and Vogue College of Fashion—formerly Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design in London. She also shares insights on her blog Poised + Polished and is currently authoring her debut book.

Academically, Bentley is pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, where she previously earned both her Master’s in Journalism and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is an alumna of the prestigious Riordan MBA Fellows Program at UCLA and USC’s Multicultural Women Executive Leadership & Entrepreneurship Program, which has been recognized by the California State Senate and Legislature. Additionally, she is a proud and active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is a recent graduate of the esteemed Ida L. Jackson Leadership Institute’s Emerging Leaders Academy.

As a proud Latina and first-generation college graduate, Bentley is deeply committed to service, equity, and community impact. She regularly volunteers at homeless shelters and senior centers and actively participates in philanthropic efforts through her church and sorority.

In her downtime, she enjoys hiking, cooking, aesthetics, learning new things for personal development, and spending time with her dog, Hudson. As a global citizen at heart, she loves to travel and has an affinity for all things London.
