For nearly two decades, Bentley Curtis has immersed

herself in numerous facets of the fashion industry, including

celebrity and personal styling, public relations, editorial

writing, and red carpet hosting. Her passion for style,

beauty, and empowering others led to the founding of

Bentley Curtis Inc., a global consulting firm that

approaches wellness from a comprehensive 360°

perspective. The firm focuses on what Bentley defines as

the Five Pillars of Balance—mental, emotional, spiritual,

physical, and occupational—helping clients achieve

holistic wellness and unlock a more confident, elevated

version of themselves. This vision is realized through a

thoughtful curation of best practices tailored to suit each

client’s unique needs. By integrating self-introspection,

personal branding, styling, beauty, grooming, and

professional organization techniques, Bentley enables

clients to become recalibrated, centered, and grounded,

fostering a deeper connection to their inner

compass and enhancing clarity of mind, vision, and

purpose.

 

Bentley’s extensive professional background highlights

her versatility and expertise. She has worked for the

Associated Press Entertainment in London, U.K., covering

fashion shows at London Collections Men (LCM) for

designers such as Alexander McQueen, Burberry, and

Richard James. She also conducted red carpet interviews

for international movie premieres and produced video content for global distribution.

 

As a contributing writer for Angeleno, one of Los Angeles’ largest luxury lifestyle publications, Bentley covered red carpet events and societal happenings in the Society and Culture section, On The Scene. Prior to this role, she served as an editorial assistant at Modern Luxury’s Los Angeles office, contributing to Interiors California, Brides California, and Angeleno magazines. Her responsibilities included in-house copy editing, brand collaborations, event marketing, and digital content creation. Bentley currently shares her insights on her blog, Poised + Polished, and is in the process of authoring her debut book.​

 

Bentley’s journalism credentials extend to her work as a freelance showbiz reporter for the DailyMail U.K., where she covered style and pop culture. Additionally, she has hosted and presented at fashion shows, red carpets, galas, podcasts, panel discussions, and other live events.​

 

As for her academic achievements, Bentley earned both her Master’s in Journalism and Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where she was awarded a Global Fellowship and inducted into the Lambda Pi Eta Honors Society. She also completed an MBA Fellowship at the Riordan Programs through the University of California, Los Angeles, and received a certification in Personal Styling from the School of Style. In 2019, she completed the Multicultural Women Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program at USC, earning recognition from the Senate and California State Legislature. In 2024, Bentley became a licensed Esthetician and Professional Makeup Artist to enhance the beauty and image consulting aspects of her business. She also began her first year in a Doctorate Program specializing in Organizational Change and Leadership, with a focus on empowering and uplifting women of color through sustainable practices.​

 

As a proud Latina and first-generation college graduate, Bentley is deeply committed to giving back. She volunteers at homeless shelters and senior centers and engages in philanthropic endeavors through her church and sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha.​

 

In her personal time, Bentley enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her dog, Hudson. She also has a profound love for all things London, reflecting her global perspective and refined aesthetic.
