Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist
At Bentley Curtis Inc., your time and experience are treated with the highest degree of care. To provide fairness and clarity, the following policies apply:
Booking & Payment

​Select offerings require a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due in full by the date of service.

Other services are reserved with full payment upfront at the time of booking.

For eligible services, clients may choose payment installment options through Klarna or AfterPay.

The specific payment requirement for each service will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit or session fee.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur; any flexibility will be thoughtfully considered on a case-by-case basis.
Waitlist

If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. Openings are offered in order of request and must be confirmed promptly.
Timeliness
-
Sessions are honored within the scheduled time frame; late arrivals may reduce your session’s length, and extensions beyond the designated end time may incur additional fees.
